Injector relay trigger ?

“03” 6.0 I’ve made a smaller fuse/relay panel for fans and injectors/coils,. I also am using a AAW classic update body harness. Did the ECU harness according to LT1 swap. Working on integrating the two together. Question is can I use a 12v ignition source that was originally designed for a distributor type ignition? Thinking all I need is a ignition source to trigger the relay.

If you need a key-on/start 12V source, that will work.

As G says, as long as it remains live at all times when the key is on...it'll be fine. Some 12v supplies may drop out during cranking though, so check.

Just make sure it is not a resistor wire (used for point type systems) and actually is 12V during crank and run positions.

I’m using the American Autowire Classic update harness, 12v ignition feed with no fuse link. I could change this later as I’m using a temp. Fuse panel. Will the loop to the far right work to power left and right banks?
