I'm planning my ls swap on my 04 mustang. I'm planning on using the 5.3 and a intake/carb kit so I dont have to mess with the wiring and the pcm . along with a camero oil pan for clearance
My goal with this car is to have a daily driver that makes 400-500hp n/a and im looking to keep it at as low of cost as possible but im okay with spending more over time
Im wanting to go to my local junkyard and pull a 5.3 and do a complete rebuild cam swap (I dont know which cam need advice please) im looking for any advice y'all can offer im brand new when it comes to these things i figure the best way to learn is to dive in

cheaper to skip the carb stuff and just use the factory harness/pcm if you want to be cheap since the motor will come with all of it.
for everything else check a few build threads from myself and robertD for references for clearances and stuff. ive documented most of my build.
