pretty sure ground wires are good, positive reading at starter, new starter.
no fuel pump start up either.
I'm electronically challenged, so if anyone has a few or bunch of ideas, I'd greatly appreciate it.
Thanks.

Without an Android phone, get any old code reader that is wired or Bluetooth. My fallback Bluetooth device is a 15 buck "Konnwei" OBD II reader from EBay and works great for simply reading and erasing codes. I rarely use my wired OBD II reader anymore.

Since you are not getting fuel pump prime, you arent geting ignition power either. Is other things work in the truck, like headlights? Maybe you didnt tie in the power wire to the cab?
