Default 1994 K1500 LS3 Swap

Hey there, I'm a 19 year old attempting his first engine swap, I know I should probably get someone else to do it but I own a few trucks and I've never put them in the shop and I'm not gonna start now.

So my question is what do I need to get this done?

I just received my LS376/480 and I know I need an ls radiator, high pressure fuel pump (not sure if I need to make it a return style or returnless), 1 inch set back mounts, ecu and wiring harness, drive by wire gas pedal, and maybe a transmission adapter.

Am I missing anything? Also will the older pulley accessories from my 94 K1500 fit on this engine or do I need all new pulley accessories? And do I need a separate TCM or will the ECU control the transmission ? I plan on using a 4l80e unless you have better transmission recommendations

Thanks in advance, any and all help is greatly appreciated!

Jeff
