Default 96 Tahoe Project

Not sure if this is the right forum or not as I have not gotten into any of the LS or LT conversion yet, but figured the build progress was relevant. If I need to be posted elsewhere, let me know.

This is my first real build. I built a Firebird back about 15 years ago back in my teens/twenties, but took a hiatus for quite some time for many reasons. Always was a fan of mini-trucks back from the 90's, and always LOVED the 2 door Tahoes/Yukons. In 2014, I saw this one at a show that was a bagged, that I loved and I had to have it. However after purchasing it, I realized, I wanted much more. Two years ago I decided to dive back into it head first. Long story short, I taught myself metalwork and welding. I am not a pro by any means, but am learning as I go. I am still definitely learning, but pretty happy with the progress so far. Still have a lot of work to do yet on it, but pretty proud of the progress I made so far.

I know there are many out there much more experienced than me, so please let me know any advise you might do different with the build so far.

You sold yourself short. You did an excellent job! That's one beautiful ride.

Super nice metal forming in what appears to be a humble abode. Where's all the metal working stuff? Looks way to clean to all be done by hammer and dolly.
