I have a dilemma
Been trying to find an answer to my "problem" and hoping you guys could help me out
going to be doing a swap into a 70 k10 lwb in about 2 months or so, picked up a 04 denali with 6.0l and 4l65e(?) For a decent price that was going to get freshened up a bit
just recently I came across a 6.0l with way less mileage out of an 09 k2500 for a very reasonable price
Not sure which way i want to go, leaning towards the 09 6.0l but not sure what trans to use, would prefer 4l80e, wrecked truck had 6l90
What are my options pcm wise to control both, must be a junkyard solution out there
If i use the Denali powertrain, its a much easier swap as both are matched up
Thanks for any suggestions!!

Thanks!! That'll work
Was thinking this morning, (sometimes a good thing) are there any advantages that the newer style pcm has over the blue/green pcm?
any swaps I've done have been with the red/blue 411 (5 swaps)

I only have only done one swap LY6/4l85E into my personal high school car, I really like the results. Everything is hidden, unless the hood is open, looks just st she did in 1967. Just starting to look for more horsepower, need to keep it quite and smooth like a Buick was meant to be.
