Default LS 240 AC install

Hey everybody. New to the forum and I figured this may be the best place to post this question but I've been trying to get the AC working in my LQ4 swapped 240sx for a while now. I'm using a Nostalgic Air condenser and drier, lines are made by a shop local to me, 240sx expansion valve and evaporator. The high pressure sensor is currently in between the compressor and condenser also if that matters. Basically is everything on this system is less than a year old. I've tried charging it with different amounts of freon and nothing changes but my high side pressure. It will go as high at 300psi (not that I wanted it to I was just trying to get my low side to do something at least.) I changed the drier out today because I was seeing close to a 70 degree drop in temps across the drier but still have no change. Low pressure sits at around 25psi at idle and high side sits at around 220psi. That's after sitting and running for close to 15 minutes. Air coming out of vents according to the thermometer is around 56 degrees. No matter what whenever I give it throttle the compressor disengages. I can not figure this out to save my life. There no blockages anywhere in the system and I've tested and or replaced everything twice. If this is posted in the wrong spot I'm sorry please correct me if I'm wrong but I'm out of options and hoping someone can help.

Also yes the system has been vacuumed and leak tested everytime I've tried to get it running again. I've been fighting this in total for about two years and I'm at my last stand against. Someone has had to have had this issue before. I'm completely stumped and my local AC "specialist" is absolutely no help.

Not very much help to you, but im in the process of putting together ac for 98 240 with an ls1. As far as fittings at the firewall, any trouble sourcing at local ac shop? What compressor are you using? Thanks in advance and in for some pictures 🤘🏻

As far as I know the fittings at the firewall are proprietary to Nissan. So you'll have to source a parts car for those fittings. I'm using an fbody compressor and bracket. I don't have any pictures of the setup at the moment and can't go take some cause it's currently coming a downpour but as soon as I can I'll get you some!

Yeah that’s what I had come up with so far with research. Working on the car for a buddy and trying to make what he gets work, this is the last challenge lol. It has a CTS V accessory drive and ac pump which I’m also having trouble finding fittings for.
ive pretty much ruled it down to finding both cts v compressor lines and Both Nissan lines and then making custom lines from that 🤦🏼‍♂️

Strange that it kicks off with slight revs, mine almost never kicks off. Have you put a volt meter on the pressure sensor to see what kind of signal it is sending when it shuts off?

Your setup sounds fairly identical to mine and I've not had a problem since I installed it years ago.

Is this an s13 or s14?
