Air Compressor Stalling Engine So I am just finishing up am LQ-9 swap into a 1994 Toyota land cruiser. The ECM is a green/blue DBW unit. I am using the factory Toyota controls for the air conditioning so the ECM does not know when the air conditioner is activated.
My question.
Does anyone know the logic for this ECM. I know I can have it tuned to have the ECM have an A/C request put in but I am doing this as a smog legal swap in California so I have to leave the tune factory.
If I just connect a high side switch will the ECM turn on the fans and raise the idle when it sees the high side pressure go up?
