Default e38 windstar wiring help please

So I thought I had this figured out, but now I've second guessed myself and at this point I'm burnt out. This is sorta what I was following but will this work on Windstar fans? Or is this trying to kick both fans on high when only 1 on the windstar actually goes into high? I'm just confused at this point lol.. Any help would be appreciated

Is this a series/parallel circuit? If so, by running the fans parallel at first they run slower. Then when more air is needed they run in series, speeding them up.
If need be, google "series/parallel engine fan circuit" to see how it should look.
Also, look up ls1fans.com for ready made harnesses to do exactly what you want to do.

I think its opposite, series is low speed parallel is high speed, but that circuit looks good to me.

Well, I'm going to take your word for it lol. I thought this was correct but I think when i saw the two "high speed" on the picture I started debating myself.
