Dr44 Alternator and starter wiring on 65 nova
Here we go with another wiring question. I really appreciate all the help on here!
I am swapping in a 5.3 on my 65 nova.
So I had previously converted my charging system to eliminate the factory regulator and use a cs130 alternator. That wiring is still in place and I am trying to figure out how to set it up with the new DR44 alternator.
Here are some pictures: https://imgur.com/a/vltHLyI
Here is where everything currently goes:
A - Main charging post on back of alternator
B - Sensing wire(has resistor)
C - Jumper from main charging post on alternator to starter
D - Connects from main charging post to horn relay(this is where the car gets the power distributed from)
If I am understanding this correctly, I can snip the A and B wires from the old plug and splice them into the new plug at the same A and B positions. Then I connect A, C, D to the main charging post. Does that look right?
When i get to the starter is where it gets hazy. I know I need to connect the wire from the battery and the wire from the alternator together but im not sure what else I need. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

After some more research, I believe I can control the output of the alternator via a pwm output with the Holley software. Now I just need to trace some wires to figure out the starter wiring in relation to existing wiring.

If I can help with the Holley EFI wiring and or tuning, please let me know.
