I recently bought a 97 white trans am, it was a total barnfind, the project consists of an LQ9 twin turbo swap and I would like your help. BTW we are located in Panama, central america, but we can still get everything needed over here.
Here are my first questions
1. Where can we source the engine from?, I have found some on ebay, but we would like your feedback and experience sourcing it
2. What would be the best k-member (tubular) for the swap, including motor mounts and with extra clearance for the twin turbo setup.
3. Who makes good, reliable twin turbo kits for our project?, what have your experiences being like? our goal is 800 to 1000whp street an drag
4. What automatic transmission would you recomend and why?
5. What fuel pump setup would you recomend?
