Question? Will the stock crossmember and transmission mount work with the Lq4 throttle body?

If you mean will the engine fit with the stock crossmembers and the LQ4 intake clear the hood then yes. Its been done several times.

I’m running the TBSS intake with the stock hood and a 4L80e transmission with no cutting to the floor pan. Trans crossmember had to be moved back and modified. Some people say you can flip the crossmember around to work with the 4L80 but it will depend on what engine mounts you use. I have everything detailed in my build thread for my 78 Nova down to the part numbers I used for what parts.
