Default Gen III PCM Run Gen IV Gauges

I have an '04 LS1 and PCM from a Vette. I am considering using a 2010 Camaro console and gauges. Will my PCM run these gauges? Will they be accurate?

Short answer : Nope. Completely different data protocols. Class2 Vs CAN .

Long answer : It is possible to make a device to translate from one to the other, Guys on this forum have done it (eg :GM to Jeep). But I'm not aware of any commercial off the shelf products that can do it.
