APE converter (Any - Pedal - ECU adapter box)
Judging interest in anyone wanting a small plug and play converter box to connect any electronic pedal to any GM ECU.
I built a functioning prototype that uses a GTO LS2 pedal to a green/blue PCM with the truck OS. Next, working on a Malibu to E38 ECU converter. Code can be modified for any pedal and any ecu pedal threshold/limits. It sets no OBD2 codes; limp mode is eliminated. I know someone in the past has said they can do this with modifying the internal code of a ECU but that idea was quickly dropped as it was not successful.
My prototype is working and simply connects between the pedal and the TACC or ECU harness depending on your config.
I will try to get a vid posted of it working this week.
Thoughts?

arduinos arent usually built to live in cars. lots can go wrong from hardware to firmware. just test it a lot i guess.
the few ive built for car use have a lot more protection components than typical boards like TVS diodes and such.
