Emissions crap swapping an lq9 engine into a 2000 camaro. I plan on keeping the engine as stock as possible for now and would like to be able to pass MO emissions if that's even possible. I plan on using factory pcm from the lq9 car. In order to fit the engine I'll have to use ls1 intake manifold, oil pan and will probably use full stock ls1 camaro exhaust. I plan on using ls1 emissions stuff (AIR, egr, etc.) but I'm not sure if I'll have problems using that with the new engine and pcm. Does anyone have any ideas on how I could make this thing work or know of any problems I might run into?

Assuming the LQ9 has a 24 tooth reluctor crank I would use the 2000 Camaro if it was a LS1 car to begin with.
We don't have inspections here in MN but I believe emission inspections go off the vin in the computer.

The car is currently a V6. Got the lq9 with harness and computer so I'd like to reuse that stuff if possible. Might be able to flash the VIN with some tuning software but I'm not an expert on that stuff.
