All - I am using a Tanks Inc tank with a Corvette regulator. Is there a maximum distance from the in-tank pump to the regulator? I just put the tank in and ran the lines. The best place to put the regulator was on the boxed frame rail just before the transmission crossmember. Is that OK? Or too far?

I'm not sure that is critical. Just be sure the lines aren't crimped or bent too sharply. Free flow is what's important

It really doesn't matter but the farther away from the tank the more return line you will need. On my LS swaps I put the C5 FFR as close to the tank as I can.

Yeah, I’ve mounted the corvette reg on the firewall of two different truck builds and it works great. Both of those with a 255 pump. I tried a 450 pump on another build and it was a no-go. Overpowered the corvette reg and fuel pressure was way up there.
