Came for the fox updates and got a Doggo update, can't complain! The fox is looking great, and I'm so glad Waffles is doing good

it's been a pretty busy "off season" for transmissions, which I'm not complaining about. Just excusing myself for not having this thing already running and driving.

still need to get the driver position sorted so I can put the door bars in, but it's made some progress!

So many awesome projects in here it's had to keep up with them all! Don't think I'd seen the 4 eye yet.

Bummer to see the Maliboo going away.

Spell out what you want to do and we can discuss the options.

What Rustoleum do you use for the interior? Anything special, or just plain ol' Rustoleum spray paint?

profesional high strength enamel. its a lil more robust against chips than the normal white can stuff. I buy by the gallon. thin 10% with acetone.

made my mind up, im just gonna run the gold box until i get to the shock travel sensor level of going fast. boost control with MS is fine. no dash really needed.

this will let me race this coming season, and next fall/winter i can upgrade if needed.

paint done. needs seam sealer and i'll probably brush on the touch ups and paint over the seam sealer but i can do that later. need to make it a roller again asap so some trick or treater doesnt knock it over on his little sister (attractive nuisance type thing)

been making a little progress here and there

motor in and trans xmember built. hung some sheet metal so i could check hoot clearance. a TBSS was never gonna fit

pancake inspecting

cut the headers to give me more room for the turbo kit

grabbed a car intake from my buddy Travis (and a waterpump). just need to sort an alternator bracket next

rear seat firewall installed

rear package tray and trunk floor installed

just waiting on some flexible fire barrier sealant and then some paint touch ups and I can move onto the fun parts like turbo plumbing

turbo on the way. went with the T6 HD8088 from Forced Performance. looking at treadstone intercoolers but open to new stuff. especially if they cost a bit less and are the same quality.

anyways i got some undercoating in the wheel wells.good nuff for me. need to seal the firewall with proper 3M flexible fire sealant and then touch up some cage paint. thats is gonna be a good day when i can work on something other than the cage and the floorpan!
