Default ls6 pvc routing

Hello. New to the site. I have a 5.7 ls1 from a 2004 gto with a ls6 intake going in my 57 chevy. I am running Holley terminator x max with the internal Map sensor and hydroboost brake system. So i dont need the vacuum port or factory map sensor location on the back of the manifold. Can this be blocked off? And i need help figuring out my pvc lines. I have vacuum port on the top of holley sniper tb, bottom of manifold behind tb,front valley cover, front pass valve cover, rear drivers valve cover, and of corse the factory map sensor port location with one large and one small port there. Right now i have top tb to pass valve cover. And rear valve cover to rear manifold (brake booster ?) . Everything else is blocked off. So my question is, do i need a pvc and catch can and what is the best way to route everything? Also it has stage 4 btr cam. Thanks

A few pictures would help to better understand, but the catch can is recommended, in my opinion .
