6.2l l92 Computer programming Im building a ‘71 c10 and swapped a 6.2l l92 engine into it recently paired with a 4l65e. I don’t have a computer, I’m planning on buying one but it needs to be vin programmed. I don’t have the donor cars vin? What do I do??

My current project is a 80 Camaro with a 2012 L92/4L60E combo. I buy my LS swap ECM's and harnesses from Howell or Speartech. Never had to give them a vin number to get the correct ECM or harness. Either can supply a base tune tune for your engine and drive line combo.
