Hi there,
I did a swap on a 05 Silverado using same year engine and harness out of a Tahoe and I have an issue with crank no start.
Started for two drives nearly 25 miles apart ran great.
Old v6 had a drive by cable and new one is drive by wire (etb).
Replaced harness and ECU with correct tune having vats deleted.
Now my issue I'm having is a 10a fuse that keeps on popping when I try to start(ignition E 10a in engine bay under starter relay) Blew 2x now after replacing fuse. Still, crank no start. All fuses in interior fuse panel are good.
I did jump the starter relay 87 to 30 in engine fuse panel and it ran like normal while key was on RUN position.
The truck does have an aftermarket viper alarm that I think, since I swapped fuse panel for a v8 model, an ignition wire might be getting shorted out somehow due to previous 'professional' installation.
Any insight on where to start? I'm mechanically inclined and have some knowledge on electrical work but not in depth. Going to remove that viper alarm first and reconnect everything like stock.

I inspected everything and looks like there's some wires rubbing against the clutch pedal and a teal green wire with white stripe thin gauge that looks cut or not connect to say the least.
