6L90e Tap shift installation Hello, i recently swapped in a 1999 6 liter Ls into my 1980 Fj45 Land Cruiser. I also used the 6L90e that came with the Suburban and adapted an 80 series transfer case to the tranny by way of a Doubler.
I ordered a shifter from Pace performance. Super nice unit, by the way .the shifter offers the option of using Tap up and down shifting.. I would love to have the tap shift working and wonder if someone here can tell me what I.need to do to make it work reliably and maybe the name and mailing address of people who can do the necessary work.
