Default LSA swap troubles

LSA swap in a 72 C-10. Running a Holley Dominator. Has a loss of power type miss that happens randomly in the 2500-3000 range. Has some popping on deceleration. Runs strong when getting on it, but I can’t figure out this random miss. What I’ve done so far: found that one of the coil harness grounds was loose on the back of the head. Tightened it up and things were better for awhile. Swapped coils around because #6 seems about 100 degrees cooler with a laser gun. No change in temp. Bought a noid tester and confirmed that the injectors are getting pulse. Had the injectors flow matched by Mr. Injector. Put all new plugs in. Still has the miss. Does this sound like a tune issue? Anything else that I should look at? Losing my mind over here.

Has it always done it?

If it just started doing it and no one has jacked around with the tune then it's probably not the tune...

Plug wires would be my guess

It has always done it, but the truck has very few miles on it. I will check the wires too. Thanks.

Log the AFR in that rpm range. Do you have fuel learn enabled ? Have a look at the learn table. I have seen the holley "Learn" function remove too much fuel in certain rpm/low throttle situations.
