Hello I need help to make sure my ecu is for a 5.7 LS1 and not just a 5.3 or something else. It’s currently in my 1951 Cadillac that has the 5.7 LS1 in it just want to know if it’s actually the right one. Any help is appreciated thanks

 

That thing could have been programmed for anything...gonna need to pull the files off it

 

so it’s gonna have to goto a tuner then right?

 

Unless you have HPTuners, EFI live, or PCMHammer.

 

that sticker is just the hardware ID. That hardware was used on basically any GM vehicle with an LS from 1999 to 2000. Definitely need to read out the tune and see what's in there.
