Default Checklist all donor parts collected?

Looking for a helping hand. I have a 2006 Chevy 2500 with a lq9/4l80 2wd, that is being used as a donor for an upcoming swap. Motor, trans, driveshaft, pcm and engine harness have all been pulled.
still need to pull gas pedal ( drive by wire)

are there any other modules that I’ll need to pull?

This is going in a 1950 Ford Business Coupe if that helps at all. I plan on cutting down the factory harness and reusing after deleting the unnecessary components.

Good evening ,
My suggestion is, keep the donor vehicle as long as you can.
If you have room and space there will always be som tiny little tings that you forgot about (terminals, contacts, u joints, prop shaft and so on..........).

Grab the engine bay fuse block and all its associated modules. You'll definitely need the TAC module for that DBW pedal to talk to the PCM. Don't forget the transmission harness if it's separate. Good luck with the swap

Just finished my swap into a 51 Pontiac. All the standard stuff everyone talks about, but mine was a low/no budget build so I tried to re-use as much as possible.
Grab the rad/heater hoses even if condition is poor - they may help with mock ups for you specific needs.
All wiring available especially the heavy gauge stuff - I re-used a lot of wiring removed from the harness and other stuff for connections to the original car wiring.
Intake duct work might be able to be modified. Mounting brackets and misc hardware are always valuable too. Take it now while you can - you can always toss it after your done.

Good luck with your build

don't forget the fuel pump, regulator and maybe even the fuel tank. Also if your truck can support flex fuel, there is a flex fuel sensor that you will need.

Also you will need the shifter. The radiator prob has the trans cooler built in, so that may be useful.

I would keep as much of the driveshaft as possible, you may be able to get a driveshaft shop to cut it down to your new size, or just cut it yourself and use it for mock up. Also, the rear end if you can replace your existing one.
