Lq9 swapped obs. Finally running good, no misfires, good oil pressure, no leaks ect The only thing im curious about now is the smoke/steam coming from the exhaust and from the expansion tank. Exhaust doesnt seem to smell like coolant so I think its just a a combination of water/gas/oil ect thats been built up over the last couple of years its been sitting and maybe the new y pipe and no cats. I also noticed there was oil built up in the intake manifold when I removed the throttle body to clean it so and also changed the pcv valve so Maybe its burning whats left of the oil left behind? For the steam coming from the expansion tank Maybe a stuck thermostat? Its about 51 degrees outside and I compared to my crown victoria and seems like my truck is doing it more so im just looking for some opinions on what it could be or if its normal? Video included.
