Thats awesome, I would love to do that swap in a nice clean 89 or so LX hatch. Prolly same amount of work maybe a little more as say swapping the motor in to a third gen or some thing.

Seriously - good luck with your hybrid! It should fly. Like TApimp stated, a buddy of ours Fairmont(in this months Car Craft Power Tour coverage) would drag the bumper past the 60 ft marker.

Sounds like I'm the only guy building a "street version" Full interior, full power accessories, A/C, heat, power windows and locks, etc. Can't wait to see you guys run these down the track !!
