Default t type s10?

has any one ever put a t type motor in a 88 s10 if so how hard is it,what kind of special parts will i need, is it possible to u a manual trans if so where can i get a computer for that set up?

Its a 60 degree V-6, so I believe you would be able to use 2.8 L mounts. Would still need a bunch of custom parts like downpipe, maybe and a oil pan but it could be done. I have heard turbo 3.8s dont really like sticks all that much, but this was just something I heard. Dont really have any proof of it.

For more info I think i would try Turbobuick.com, they have a conversions section too that you can chek out.

oh yes i seen on some site a 90 degree v6 in a s10 at 300 + cubes N/A running near 9 seconds in the quarter.....didnt think a 6 cylinder had that much in it!! anyone know the pros and cons of the the 90/60 degree blocks??

The 3.8 GN or t-type motor is a tough fit in a s10 because of how narrow the frame is. You will need to install a custom steering shaft to clear the turbo manifolds. Do a search on s10forum.com or s-seriesforum.com they both have info on there about this.
