I'm currently doing now to a frame off restore. There are a couple ways to do the front suspension:
1. Mustang II IFS
2. 70s Camaro Front clip - This is what I currently have.
You should start looking at motor mounts adapters and exhaust.

Thanks! This is the kinda info I was hoping for. Im just trying to get a collective idea on whats available, what works, and whats recoomended. I plan on tearing everything down this summer and I hope to start purchasing compenents after the new year.

aww, you don't want to put anything Ford in there.
a 9" is a good idea, but what i'm doing with my camaro is getting an 8.5" soon-to-be posi- equipped rear end from a '73- up vehicle. Mine from a '76 nova. Bolts right in, will handle anything a stock or mildly modified LS1 can dish out. Bought her for 60 bucks from the salvage yard, complete, and i'll find a posi later, from the same place. Do some research, find out about the width of your springs, and find an 8.5 or a 12 bolt.. just a suggestion.
