How do you remove the pins from the blue & red PCM connectors

Yes likewise HELP needed
I hope someone will respond with what is probably an easy answer before I mess up.
My harness got modified but pretty certain RED10 was taken out in error so no Engine speed (Tacho)
I need to put it back in place wihtout loosing all wires

you simply remove the holder around the pins, and you can then slide in or remove individual pins no problem.

I guess that is unclipping the whole white plastic holder - I was hoping that half could be unclipped at a time.
Do the wires stay in place rather than easily slide out - my concern is that they all come out at once.

I didn't have access to the Kent Moore tools for removing the pins so I used a precision screwdriver and a paperclip to remove the pins/wires that I did not need.
