Maybe, but yours is definitely prettier.

Got the gauges installed today. I didn't want to fire it up, as it was getting late, so I'll test them out tomorrow. They seem to work, but the temperature guage is stuck at 185* which doesn't make me happy. I have to figure that one out, and get the backlights working, but the fuel, oil pressure, speedo and tach seem ok.

A little more progress, got the rail covers finished up, some more wiring done, and the gauges fully functional (tested them this afternoon). Everything but speed (hard to test in the garage) is tested and working fine. I'll put the radiator fan on tomorrow and finish the wiring (just need to hook up the TCC brake signal wire). Then I need a stat o-ring, water pump bolt, and oil pan bolt and everything is ready minus the exhaust (which is next weekend).

Forgive that sad excuse for english in that last paragraph, I'm tired.

Would you be willing to do a body harness for my 1986 rx7? Just need basics (lights, guages, wipers) no heat,a/c or dumb stuff. Doing L's Chevy swap and want it as light as possible. Text (920)210-8776. Todd. Thanks! 😊😊

The last post on this thread is from 2005, 9 years ago.

I'm not the OP, but realized I still have my LS1 rx7 and that I think I built it 9 years ago.. wow.
