5.3 going in Jeep Man, Im glad I found this site. I just purchased a 5.3 out of a truck and it has the drive by wire Tbody. I will have to buy a harness and computer because I just got the complete engine and accesories. My question is do I just find a pedal assembly out of a wrecked truck or do I need one from a vette? Also, does anyone have a scematic of sensor layout on the 2000 5.3 truck engines? Thanks for your time...

You can use the ETC pedal from either a Vette or a truck. There is one minor wiring change between the two.

im doing a dj5 conversion to a 4.3 liter 6, but im told they are VERY buildable because its just the 350 block with 2 cyl hacked off the end so most of the parts are interchangable, if its not a big problem ill go with a cast iron truck lt/s1 that my friend got cheap, ill have to see
