Ok new problem
Today I got my porsche tranny in and hooked it up with the Corvette LS1, well I started the installation and since I went with the Corvette LS1 I have to change the oil pan, exhaust manifolds alternator bracket and AC bracket.
My question for you guys that know the LS1, would the above parts needed fit from a firebird or trans am etc. I understand their exhaust manifold don't face down like the vette and the alternator and AC are on the bottom of the motor?
If so what years would I be looking for.I have other shots on my web page if you need further info.
Thanks for the help

Ok here is an update I have the motor and tranny in the correct place turns out the Oil pan clears by .375" the AC will work. So the only change I need to make is Power steering bracket and pump, Alternator bracket and the exhaust manifolds Better then I first thought.

This is my first real build ever. I played around when I was a kid, but now I whet for the time.
Thanks for the kind words.
