Its Alive!! Finally Well I finally got it to fire up for the first time 
. After not having any spark, and getting fuel to the motor, I traced down the problem to the coil wire I was using to supply 12v to the ignition wire on the harness. It had 12v in the run position, but not when cranking. Also had a blown fuse in the harness fuse block. Fixed those 2 things, and it fired right up. I recorded it on my phone camcorder..not good quality, but I had to try to get it recorded. Just thought I'd share it with you guys.

1. how do you check if you have 12v to the coils during cranking?
2. how do you fix the problem if you find that you don't have 12v during cranking?
I'm having the same problem with my swap....engine turns over....just no spark.

when the grenade went off in my garage the pieces flew into every room of the house. its a good thing im single right now or i'd probably be divorced. so if anyone knows a gal who likes to wrench and doesn't mind a dashboard in the living room or a hood in the kitchen, hook me up. hey 69 ta what part of north texas? if close id like to see it. thanx joel

93formto98T/A, did that info help you any? joelvette, I'm near Texarkana in DeKalb. But I already sold everything I had for the project to pay some bills down 
so all I have left now is a rolling chassis
