o2 sensors different ones?

o2 sensors different ones? Hey all I am dropping a 5.3 truck motor in my truck, I called to get the o2 sensors and they said they have 3 listed depending on where the truck was built...? Now since I have the engine only what are the differences? These are AC delco parts. I have not looked at them so I dont know if the plugs are different or what. I have an aftermarket harness so I will probably take it in and see which ones fit?

how many wires the main thing that you need to look at is how many wires does it have if it is a three wire you can get a three wire universal and just connect the black wire on the sensor to the usually purple wire on the harness this is the wire that sends the values from the sensor to the computer the other two on the sensor will likely be white and they will hook to the other two wires this is a circut that warms the sensor. I think depending on the year though you will probably have a 4 or 5 wire hook-up but I have been told that they are also universal sensors available just make sure that you get all the wires hooked up right because I fried the first one I ever did. But I bet you can call the guys that made your harness they can tell you what you need to know.

Thanks after I posted I thought I should just call too so sorry I jumped too quick on the question but the answer was to use Delco AFS106. But I think it is probably the 4 or 5 wire like you said.
