ls1 fan runtime????

ls1 fan runtime???? i was ideling my car today and noticed that both fans turn on when the car gets to temp but i am wondering when does the slow fan kik in by itself?? and when does the high speed fan kick in by itself ... is it only when your driving they run seperatly?? r when i do realize there are 3 fan relays one is conected to both fans i c and one for each high and low speed and i checked all the relays and they are all in working order so how do i find out if the fans are runnnig like they are supposed to?????? when do they run seperatly or why is there 3 relays??? ok enouph for now please let me know anything
Low fan is about 226F and high is about 234F
in the stock settings on my Camaro. Both are
just stupid hot. The relays I think are just a
way to run the separate windings in series or
parallel to get high/low with just the two fan
control low level signals.
