S-10 4x4 LS1 Swap Started
Not sure on headers for the 4x4, Sanderson makes a set that I know work on the 2wd trucks.
Oil pan... might try Street and Performance, They have a modified one that cuts down on the notching for the front crossmember, but you will still have issues with the front diff I do believe.
Good luck finding headers, I haven't seen any (and I've been looking).
Tydriver hasn't started working on his (at least not that I've heard) but he's planning on running a turbo setup anyway, so I don't know that he'll be of any help to you.

One question though, does anyone know if you can use the factory F-body AC compressor and PS pump with the corvette accessory brackets and pulleys. Thanks a lot
Chris

I don't know about the A/C & PS pump, hopefully somebody else does.

I've been down this road before. The Corvette accessory drive is what you need, and only the Corvette components (i.e. alt p/s pump, etc) will work, other than the noted minor pieces listed in this thread. https://ls1tech.com/forums/conversions-swaps/265717-helpful-accessory-drive-conversion-gm-part-numbers-oem-parts.html
If you use the Corvette A/C compressor, the frame needs to be notched severely on a 2WD, not sure about the 4WD. I'm in the process of making a bracket for my S-15 to mount a LT1 compressor similar to John B's, only mine uses a Corvette drive system for everything else. The Corvette setup sits about 3/4" closer to the motor than the F-body setup does, plus I needed the compressor to mount higher than his to clear the inner fenderwell. I should have some pics in a couple weeks.
Good luck!
Chris
The factory AC compressor is tight on the frame rails in fact, it contacts.
Shown here :

I ordered & received the S&P setup:

I realize the 94+ frames are different than the 82-93 ones so your clearance maybe different, but the location isnt very swap-able with anything that has frame in that area unless you want to NOTCH the frame.
There are three different depths of the accessories, the trucks sticking out the farthest, then the Fbodys, and then lastly, the C5 accessories. I highly doubt you can swap accessories between them without custom mods.

I know for sure you can, you can take ANY Gen3 motor and bolt on any accesory group you want. My apologies, I misunderstood your question, I thought you wanted to mix-N-match accessories from Fbody & C5. (that wont happen)
The bottom picture (in my post above) is actually a 6.0L engine with C5 accessories in place. I have the Alum LS1 and am going to run C5 accessories.
The frame must be different enough to allow for clearance then, I suspected they were both still similar enough but I havent had a chance to actually see a bare 94+ frame in person.
As far as the PS Pump/Alternator bracket, here's what it looks like without the accessories and YES one bracket supports both items:

The PS Pump is alot smaller than the old school stuff and fits behind the pulley you see in the pics above and inside the machined part of the casting in that picture of the bracket. BTW, the GM Part number for the bracket is:
GM Part #12578068
Make sense ? Hopefully, if not lemme know..
Do you have a picture of the PS pump?
