Threw a Code Need some HELP
Threw a Code Need some HELP Alright finaly got my car running and on the road. Took it down to get the exhaust on, and to get an alignment. Car seems to running great, but about 2 hours of driving i threw a code so i pulled into a auto zone to see what i threw. Said it was a "Clutch switch input malfuction", called TSP becuase they did the tune for me and they really didnt have an idea and said they would look into it. Didnt really want to bother John at speartech since i've called him one to many times these last few weeks. If any of you guys have an idea what would caused this want to chime in that would be great.

P.S. - I was wondering how you guys got the cruise control working, mine is hooked up but doesnt seem to be working at all.

Try Gearchatter. I just found this site and it's pretty cool. It looks like the DTC is related to the clutch switch for the cruise control.
thanks, i found the problem last night. Some how when i was putting the clutch in i hit the sensor that reads when the clutch is engaged(clutch pedal up), and it was just hanging there not even tuching the pedal. But anyways i put it back in and i'll see if that fixes it(i would think so).
On another note, i'm still wondering how you thirdgen guys hooked up the cruise control. I'm using the third gen cable, and it almost seems like you need to mount it a few inchs back to make it work?
