Question Forward Oxygen Sensor Source?

Need the cheapest source, brand & part number...for a 2001 Camaro LS1. Can a rear O2 sensor be used as a substitute? Thanks, Gar

Dal Slabaugh at 800-362-9494 or email at lockitup@bright.net

You don't need a part number...call him up, and tell him what you need...I bet he rattles off the 8-digit part number without looking at a book. Don't even get Bosch or any other, or you'll hate yourself. Get AC Delco only on this particular part. I think they're about $27 each. He has very reasonable shipping, especially compared to gmpartsdirect.com, and his prices are at least as good if not better. By the way, "Dal" rhymes with "pal". And when it comes to GM parts, he IS your pal!

I've read that o2 sensors can be rejuvenated by burning the carbon buildup out with a blowtorch. You don't have anything to lose by giving it a shot...

Good idea, but the o2 never works the same and can start to read slow. Plus any 02 under 105 is a deal for AC Declo.
