I have a 04 GTO M6 pull out.

I'm replacing the shifting mechanism with one more far forward.

Will this shifter work, are all the T56 the same as far shifter??

So could I use the shifter out of anything as long as it's a T56.

All shifters will fit.

Ill trade you a stock hurst for your GTO, as the GTO shifters work better with RX7s, and the hurst is straight above the hole.

If you want to buy one, get a Pro 5.0. I have NEVER missed a shift in it, and used to miss 3rd on a regular basis.

Hurt is another one I have come to enjoy, nothing against the Pro 5.0. But I am a little old school to I use a T handle style.
