They should, they're basically the same motor.
You will have to change balancers (from the 6.0l truck balancer to whatever the accessories came off of (Vette, F-body, whatever).
And you may (emphasis on may, because I don't know for certain) need to change water pumps. I'm not sure on that one, but since the waterpump is driven by the belt, and the belt moves towards the block with most of the other drive systems, the belt may not be on the pulley of the truck waterpump anymore. Hopefully somebody knows this one 100%.

Yes, the water pump has to change also. The pulley will be sticking out too far for the LS1 accessories.
