Electric throttle body conversion. I am interested in adding the C5 electric throttle body to my car. If I get the pedal, throttle body and TAC module, what else do I need? Is there any interaction (other than traction control) between the TAC and anything else or is it pretty much a stand alone system?

John, you can still use your F-body PCM. I talked to John at Speartech and he said you just need to have it flashed to a Corvette. The basic pinouts are the same and you won't have to change your harness other than adding the two wires for the TAC.

I don't know about the Corvette guys but the '05 GTO guys are having issues with the pot in the pedals failing. I think it's a different setup from the Corvette/truck but it's something to look into. So far I haven't had any problems with my Goat. (Knock on wood.)
