interchanging oil pans
The GTO's with front pickup run a short pickup tube, the F Body runs a longer pickup that goes to the rear of the pan.
You can use the same windage tray but you will need to cut it out for the different pickup tube or just swap the lot with the pan you are installing, easier option.
If your putting a F body pan on a GTO motor, normally the dipstick goes thru the pan on the GTO/Aussie motors, the F body goes thru the block.
You will need an F body dipstick and take the plug out of the side of the block.
