will an autometer 0-90 fuel gauge work??

will an autometer 0-90 fuel gauge work with a 99 f-body sending unit???

from what ive found in the past, the v6 sending unit SHOULD work.
the v8 sending unit runs off a different resistance.

dang....any way to get an autometer to work, adapters or something?

there have been a few guys over on www.thirdgen.org bend or reverse the float???? so that a ford gauge works. 0-90 is the std gm. ford is 230 or 240 somthing.... backwards of the ls1.
if you havent already bout the 90ohm gm gauge, this may be an option for you.
autometer has a ford gauge as well.
