won't go
won't go i got the engine cranked but the trans won't do anything. when i switch it through the gears nothing happens. all links are connected, wire harness is connected. i do not have the nuetral safety swicth hooked up but that should not matter. Any help?
Check for 12v on the pink wire in round transmission connector. This gives you power to run all of the solenoids. but regardless of this you should have reverse as this is a manual function. If you do not have reverse check fluid if fluid is ok it sounds as if the trans may have troubles.
Are the torque convertor bolts in? I know, dumb question but easy to forget to bolt the final pieces together. Do you have fluid flowing through the cooler lines? Full of fluid? Takes 11 or so quarts of fluid from dry to full.
