With the S&P type mount you can run the gear box, but you will need to notch the oil pan. S&P offers a notched pan and modified pick up for $200 and exchange for your old pan.

Also, you can get equivalent mount adapeters on EBay for about $40. They are made of steel instead of aluminum, or you can make your own based on the templates in the FAQ. For wiring harness and ECU programming I recommend Speartech, but there are several others including S&P that will do the work too.
