Primary O2 Connectors Are where?

Dumb question, I know. Where are the connectors for the primary O2 sensors? Are they on the main engine harness, or on the transmission sub-harness? I am having some trouble finding them. I cut away a good chunk of the trans harness since I didn't need it (A4 harness - I've got a T56). I do remember seeing the 2ndary O2s on the trans harness, but not primary.

My service manual doesn't have any pics or info to help me <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" /> . I can trace from the PCM, but I'd hate to have to unwrap the wires all the way back....

If the harness is from an F-body, the drivers side O2 goes down in front of the exhaust manifold and splits off by the alternator wire. The passenger side just splits off by the back of the cylinder head.

Hopefully you didn't cut off TOO MUCH of the harness!
