playing nice with my regal I am getting ready to do an LS1 Transplant in My Regal that I just picked up... Any one done the job, or something similar? Anyone got any tips for me, or any idea what it should do in the quarter? Hopefully iit'll be sweet when I get done. It's deep red, with t-tops, and I have bought some nice Chrome 17 x 8 wheels for it... This will be my first LS1. so I can use all the help I can get
Re: playing nice with my regal Check out John Bzdel's website he put a LS1 in a 88 Monte SS. I think it's the best conversion website out there with ton's of detail. Plus he's the forum moderator here.

Now, slap on a set of true slicks with a minor suspension tweak and you're looking at a solid mid-11 second 3600# car. I hope that's fast enough for you considering it is also a tailpipe emissions legal daily driver <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="gr_images/icons/tongue.gif" />
