Are those stock 4th gen SLP longtubes you are running? I have a similar setup with tubular everything. I have heard that only Hawks LT's will fit. Please send me picks of the
headers if they really work!

I dont see how you were able to get a 4th gen header on. The subframes of the two are radically different...and if you moved the motor back, that would make the problem worse. My roommate had FLP? ( i dont remember exactly ) headers sitting around, so we tried to put them on to see if I could use em and the exhaust dumps were running right into the subframe on both sides....4th gens run the exhaust in a totally different place.

Do you have any pics?

Doh! How'd I miss that? 3100 is pretty light. I didn't know 3rd gens were that light. My Monza weighed 3000 with me and a iron head 355. It should be lighter with the LS1 I'm putting in. My other choice for a swap was a 92 RS or Z28. Cool car and good luck!
