3000# in a 94 up with a cage is hard to do unless u strip it. Im in the process of doin my cage and removing the power brakes crash bars in the doors and anything else i dont need. Then i guess ill do a manual rack and front brakes the cage itself is about 160# with a funny car add. , but hey it will be safe!

Yeah we got tubular control arms, aerospace brakes, manual rack, etc on it now. Well the rack isnt done. But the cage is basically done (25.5 cage). Gotta finish the crossover stuff and the aluminum downpipe so we can send the headers and stuff off to get coated, and send the rest of the truck off to get jammed, for final assembly. I am being really hopeful, but maybe we can have it ready for the first race at MMP, but I'm doubting it. We may bring it over to HS for some test n tune though.

was just asking because all the g-body guys run 2 right side arms. left side arms a little longer. If you run a right and a left, you end up with a nascar style alignment with different camber on each wheel.

I've been playing with the idea of getting a crank underdrive pulley for my GTO LS1. Anybody know what belt I would need if I have my alternator in the Corvette position?

I just bought some ub machine tubular uppers (you want to use the 8" metric arms for the stock spindles), some borgeson joints and steering rod. I mocked up everything last night and I cant believe how much more room I now have for my headers. Hey Frank, could you show the steering set up from the top?? LSX10, lets see those headers!!! Ill try to post up some pics sunday or monday morning.
