a/c control w/ 2003 pcm
a/c control w/ 2003 pcm Do 2003 and newer pcms control the ac compressor clutch differently than pre-2003? Looking at the diagrams there are some obvious differences, the main one being that the 2003 and newer look like they use "Class 2 Serial Data" input from the HVAC control module.
The 2003 pcm inputs/outputs are:

pin 45 ac refrigerant 5v reference
pin 58 class 2 serial data (data link connector)
C2
pin 14 ac refrigerant sensor signal
pin 43 ac compressor clutch relay control
pin 80 ac refrigerant ref low
The 2002 pcm inputs/outputs are:
C2
pin 11 ac high pressure recirculation switch signal
pin 17 ac request signal
pin 43 ac compressor clutch relay control
pin 55 ac low pressure switch signal
Where can I run the chevelle's stock ac compressor request signal using the 2003 pcm? Is this even possible or not since it uses the Class 2 serial data system? Is this the same as what was used for the ac request in 2002 and prior years?
